Annual Report

1. The District must file its annual report with the following county or municipality: City of Berthoud.

2. A current map depicting the District’s boundaries as of January 1 of the current fiscal year.

3. The prior year’s audited financial statements or audit exemptions.

4. The annual report of the District.

5. Not more than thirty days after an election, certified election results for an election conducted within the current fiscal year.

6. Notices of meetings posted at least 24 hours in advance of all meetings.
