NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED 2026 BUDGETS

LEGACY PARK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1 – 5

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposed 2026 Budgets (“Budgets”) have been submitted to the Boards of Directors of LEGACY PARK METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOS. 1 - 5. Copies of such proposed budgets have been filed in the office of Simmons & Wheeler, P.C., 304 Inverness Way South Suite 490, Englewood, CO 80112, where same is open for public inspection.
